Important Information

Notice

◆Please wear clothes that can be taken off and worn back easily.

◆During winter you can wear low-cut neckline inner wear and spats to prevent you from feeling cold.

◆Hairdressing is not included in the package. If you need one we highly recommend to choose the option as well (only available for females).

◆We have many kinds of hair accessories for sale but we don't provide any for rent.

◆To style your hair properly, please refrain from using any hair products before your appointment. If your hair is wet, damp, or already styled, we will not be able to properly style your hair, especially for hairstyles with curls.

Returning the kimonos

◆Please return the entire rental set by 17:30 pm to our store on the same day. You can also return by 17:00 pm the next day to our store for an extra 1,100 JPY/person. (We do not provide hotel return service.) Please let us know which you prefer at the reception upon your arrival.

Yumeyakata is one of the biggest kimono rental shops in Kyoto. We provide kimonos for rent not only for ladies but also for men and children so that the whole family can enjoy the experience together. We can provide all the items you need to wear kimono, so just bring yourself!

This kimono rental package includes the kimono itself, the sash belt (obi), the Japanese clutch, the Japanese sandals, and the Japanese socks. Don't you worry about your hair styling, because we will do your hair, just for 1650 JPY. The hair styling will be done by our professional hair stylist, with the high speed. Still worry about the hair accessories? We also provide it for sale, and the price start from 800JPY.
