The voucher can be redeemed within 90 days from the purchase date, and the redeemed ticket will be valid for 6 months from the date of exchange.

Expiration date will be shown on the physical ticket.

Expiration time will be printed on the physical ticket when you pass the ticket gate.

If you enter the station within the valid time, you can leave the station even though you passed the expiration time while riding the subway.

If the ticket is not used by the expiration date printed on it, it will become invalid.

If the exchanged ticket cannot be used at the automated ticket gates, please inform a station attendant. After verification, a new ticket will be issued.
