Description

Nago Pineapple Park in Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture, is a popular tourist spot where you can eat, enjoy, learn, and buy all things pineapple! Known as a pineapple paradise, Nago Pineapple Park introduces its visitors to as many as 200 varieties of sweet and juicy pineapples as well as other tropical fruits.

Feel free to tour Nago Pineapple Park in any way you like. Some visitors choose to explore the entire park on foot, while others take a slow, easy 10-minute cart tour in a self-driving cart. Those who prefer to enjoy each area at their own pace are encouraged to see it on foot.

There are various photo spots throughout the park, including in the Botanical Gardens. For families with small children, a ride on the Mega Animal Garden x PineappleSL pineapple train is recommended. This is a fun spot for both young and old.

And definitely don't forget to try the actual pineapple fruit! Be sure to check out the lineup of sweets and drinks including fresh pineapple juice, pineapple wine, pineapple tarts and parfaits, and other pineapple sweets.

The facility's restaurant, Palm Tree, also offers classic Okinawan dishes such as Okinawan soba noodles and taco rice.

Before leaving Nago Pineapple Park, don't forget to check out the souvenir shop! Unique sweets such as sponge cakes filled with pineapple pulp and 'chinsuko' (Okinawan shortbread cookies), as well as cosmetics like pineapple soap and facial wash made with pineapple charcoal are available for purchase.

For visitors to Okinawa, Nago Pineapple Park is not to be missed!
