  Pre-boarding procedures

  ・The representative of the reserved party must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time.

  ・Please inform us of the number of preschool children in your party at the time of reservation, regardless of whether or not seats are available.

  Please note that preschool children are not allowed on the Dinner Cruise and Cinderella Night.

How it Works

• The Symphony Cruise Terminal is on Hinode Pier about 1 minute’s walk from Hinode Station (Yurikamome Line), 12 minutes’ walk from Hamamatsucho Station (JR Yamanote Line), or 15 minutes’ walk from Daimon Station (Oedo Line)
• Exchange your boarding ticket for a boarding pass at the Symphony Cruise Terminal Reception Counter
• Boarding will be announced about 10 minutes before departure; please go to the location indicated on the boarding pass you receive on the day
• If you have not appeared 10 minutes before departure, we will call you on the number you give during checkout, so please provide a cellphone number reachable in Japan; we will decide about departure based on your location at the time
• Note there is no parking provided: please use public transport
• If you have any food allergies, please inform us during checkout
