Individuals under the age of 19, those driving or cycling, and pregnant or nursing women are not able to participate in the tasting; we will provide amazake or juice instead

Children under elementary school age are not permitted on the brewery tour

Please ensure that someone is available to care for your child if you need to switch out with a partner during the tour

If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from participating in the tasting

We ask that you avoid eating natto (fermented soybeans) the day before and the day of the tour

Please keep fragrances and makeup to a minimum, and avoid wearing accessories that may fall off

Note that you will not be able to see the brewing process during the preparation period (August through May)

Description

During your visit to Inada Sake Brewery, the master brewer will guide you through the brewery and share the history of Japanese sake with you. You'll also have the opportunity to sample the delicious "Nara-zuke," a pickle created by the brewer's mother that has become a popular local product. You can even purchase it on-site and take the "taste of home" with you.

The Nobori Sakaten store offers a variety of sake and provides a chance to engage with the makers themselves. Learn about the producers and their dedication to their craft, and taste the owner's personally selected sake. By comparing different types of sake, you may discover new favorites.
