Important Information

Users of this pass cannot be Japanese citizens. Presenting your passport or resident card is required when picking up your ticket.

Tickets must be picked up at SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro in Ikebukuro Station (see schedule for location details).

Validity period: Valid for 2 weeks from the date of exchange. (The validity period will be stamped on the ticket at the time of exchange. )

Please note that use of the Tamagawa Line is not included in this pass.

Please note that to use the Limited Express, you must pay a surcharge. Use of the Limited Express is not included in this pass.

Please buy 2 tickets if you plan to use a pass for 2 days.

The Information center can be found near by the East Exit of Ikebukuro Station. It is located near the 1F entrance gates to the Seibu Line. (The East Exit is the same side of the station which has the Seibu department store.)The available scope of this ticket:

Description

Plan your own self-guided tour through cities like Kawagoe and Chichibu from Tokyo. Depending on the season you can locate the best sakura viewing spots such as Hitsujiyama Park and its pink moss phlox, festivals including the Chichibu Yomatsuri, which is listed as a UNESCO Intangible Culture Heritage.
