Description

The Haruka, also known as the Kansai Airport Limited Express is a convenient and comfortable limited express train that directly links Kansai International Airport (KIX) with major stations in west Japan's Kansai region: Tennoji, Shin-Osaka, and Kyoto. From Kansai-Airport Station, it takes approximately 35 minutes to Tennoji, 50 minutes to Shin-Osaka, and 1 hour and 20 minutes to Kyoto. Currently, the Haruka runs 60 rides (30 round-trips) a day.

This handy, special one-way pass for foreign visitors to Japan is cheaper than booking the Haruka at regular price. On top of the direct ride via Haruka to Kyoto Station, it also includes a ride via local, rapid, or special rapid train to selected stations in Kyoto.

This means that, for example, once the Haruka arrives at Kyoto Station, you can transfer to any of the above-mentioned types of trains (as long as they're operated by JR West) and get off at other stations in Kyoto such as Saga-Arashiyama and Inari. If you're not staying in central Kyoto itself, this is a very convenient perk.

This special pass grants the holder both time and cost savings, so book now for a smooth, hassle-free ride between Kansai International Airport and Kyoto!
