  ・Children aged 0 to 5 are not allowed to enter for safety reasons.

  ・Visitors aged 6 to 17 will be available until 18:00 (last admission 15:00) and must be accompanied by a guardian (6 to 11 years old is a guardian of the same sex).

  ・People who are drunk, have skin diseases, or have other infectious diseases are not allowed to enter Spa LaQua.

  ・People with tattoos and body art (tattoos, paints, stickers, etc.) are not allowed to enter Spa LaQua.

  ・At the time of collecting a paper ticket, you will need a “QR code” issued after the reservation is completed.

  Please bring a device that can display the “QR code” or print out the “QR code”.

  If you are unable to present the “QR code”, you may not use the voucher.

・Please note that we do not offer partial exchanges of tickets. Each purchase will have a unique QR code, even if multiple tickets are bought. When you scan the QR code on the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, all the tickets you purchase will be exchanged and valid starting from the day of exchange.

・If the magnetic field on your Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes damaged or weakened, it may not be usable at automatic ticket gates. Please avoid placing the ticket near objects that emit strong magnetic fields (such as smartphones, home appliances, magnetic fasteners on wallets, etc.).

• Please make sure that your smartphone connects to the internet as you will be asked to launch the web screen of your smartphone.
• Screenshots and printed copies cannot be accepted.
• If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, they cannot be used separately, and all tickets will be activated simultaneously. To use the tickets individually, please purchase them separately.
• For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP). If prompted, please follow the steps below:

1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.

2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp.” Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.)

3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)

• The exchanged ticket will be valid for 6 months from the exchange date.
• The valid time will be printed on the ticket when you start using it to pass a ticket gate.
• If you enter the station and board the train within the valid time, you can still leave the station even if the valid time is passed.
• If the ticket is not used by the expiration date printed on it, it will become invalid.
• If the exchanged ticket cannot be used at the automated ticket gates, please inform a station attendant. After verification, a new ticket will be issued.
