Activitty cancellation: ・The tour will be held if the weather forecast predicts a rainfall rate of 1mm/h. ・The tour will be held if visibility on the lake is 300m or more. ・If the tour is cancelled due to weather, we will decide to cancel it 30 minutes before the meeting time. If the tour is cancelled, we will contact you by mobile number. ・The tour will be cancelled if thunder is heard during the tour or if the rain gets stronger. ・If the tour is cancelled midway, we will refund the amount based on the time not participated. Participants will be responsible for transportation costs to the meeting point. ・The content and course may be changed or cancelled on the day of the experience due to sudden changes in weather or other reasons. Cancellations may also be made at the last minute.
