Starting with the Sun Salutation sequence, we will move for 60 minutes at a comfortable pace, adjusting to the condition of each participant, with some slight variations. 7:00 AM ▶︎ End Drop-off at your accommodation ★★May - End of October★★ 5:50 AM ▶︎ Sound of Temple Bells Kenmei-ji Temple is located next to the grounds of Yuzawa Shrine, and the temple's head priest begins ringing the morning bell around 5:50 AM. 6:00 ▶︎ Morning yoga begins.
