This SUP (Stand Up Paddle) experience tour is held at Lake Matsubara, a small natural lake at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains in Nagano Prefecture. Anyone from toddlers to adults can enjoy it freely and easily. When it comes to outdoor sports that can be enjoyed by family and friends, SUP is number one! Participants from toddlers are welcome! This experience is popular with family trips. 1, 2, 3 Outdoor offers a wide selection of rental equipment for everyone to enjoy! There's also free time! You can create unforgettable memories using SUP! We are the only SIJ (Sports Instructors Association of Japan)-certified school in Nagano Prefecture. ~Schedule~ ① Check in and fill out the consent form and pay on site. Change in the changing room and rent equipment (approximately 15-30 minutes). ② Guide introduction, warm-up exercises, etc. After changing, warm up on land and receive a pre-paddling lesson (approximately 15 minutes). ③ First half on the lake: Let's set out on the lake! During the first half of the day on the lake, you'll learn how to ride, paddle, and have fun on your SUP. (Duration: 50 minutes) *There'll be a 10-minute break after the first half. ④ Second half on the lake: Free time. Ride with friends and enjoy activities like sumo, linked SUPs, tail turns, and water gun shooting! (Duration: 50 minutes) ⑤ Finish the experience by submitting a review and receiving free photo data!
