Cancellation Policy

If you cancel this experience after you booked, you will be charged the following cancellation fee, which will be computed based on the host's local time.

You will receive an acknowledgement email for order cancellation after the host confirms and finalizes the cancellation fee.

If the flight is canceled due to natural disasters, etc., or if the tour is canceled due to worsening sea conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations due to customer's convenience, no cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is received 24 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellation after the above time will be charged 100% of the tour fee. We have set a capacity and limited the number of reservations so that everyone can spend a relaxing time. Therefore, when the reservation frame is full, we are currently not accepting reservations from other customers. Enjoy fun diving in the coral reefs of the Sunabe area of ​​Miyagi Coast in Chatan Town, Okinawa Prefecture! ✨ You can enjoy many points of interest, including an underwater postbox and artificial structures sometimes referred to as UFOs! Since entry is from the beach, it's safe for beginners and those who don't like boats! The Sunabe area is covered in soft corals, which are as soft as sea anemones. It's rare to find a spot where you can see so many soft corals so easily from the beach! You can see many tropical fish up close, and they'll come right up to you during feeding time! ✨ You can also see lots of popular clownfish! ♡ In addition, you can encounter many other creatures besides fish, such as small and cute sea slugs and sea snakes that swim gracefully, though they can be a little scary! For those who have just obtained their license or divers who have been away from diving for a while, we will provide thorough explanations and practice sessions, including a review of knowledge and diving techniques, to ensure a safe and enjoyable dive, and we will create a plan tailored to your individual pace.
