Cancellation Policy

If you cancel this experience after you booked, you will be charged the following cancellation fee, which will be computed based on the host's local time.

You will receive an acknowledgement email for order cancellation after the host confirms and finalizes the cancellation fee.

If the flight is canceled due to natural disasters, etc., or if the tour is canceled due to worsening sea conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations due to customer's convenience, no cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is received 24 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellation after the above time will be charged 100% of the tour fee. We have set a capacity and limited the number of reservations so that everyone can spend a relaxing time. Therefore, when the reservation frame is full, we are currently not accepting reservations from other customers.
