Cancellation Policy

If you cancel this experience after you booked, you will be charged the following cancellation fee, which will be computed based on the host's local time.

You will receive an acknowledgement email for order cancellation after the host confirms and finalizes the cancellation fee.

If the flight is canceled due to natural disasters, etc., or if the tour is canceled due to worsening sea conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations due to customer's convenience, no cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is received 24 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellation after the above time will be charged 100% of the tour fee. We have set a capacity and limited the number of reservations so that everyone can spend a relaxing time. Even if you can't see the whale sharks, you can enjoy the other fishes, so it's no exaggeration to say that it's worth diving. The whale shark is very large, over 4m in size, but please rest assured that it has a gentle personality and will not attack people.
