Please be sure to use the restroom before arriving. ・Unfortunately, pregnant women, those with serious chronic illnesses, or those with neck, back, or joint problems will not be able to participate. ・Those with osteoporosis or a history of neck, back, hip, or joint problems will not be able to participate. *The recommended age for participants is 65 years or older, but we will accept participants who have no leg or hip problems and exercise regularly. What to Bring

Clothing/Belongings: Clothing: Casual clothes that are easy to move in, except skirts (as you may get splashed with water, you can wear casual clothes that can handle it). Shoes will be removed on the boat, so anything is OK.
