Important Information

• ・Allowable age for participation　6 years old and up

  ・Minimum number of participants　2 people

  ・Children must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.

  ・Participation of minors alone requires parental consent. ・We are able to assist individuals during their menstrual cycle. If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please do not hesitate to consult with our staffs.

  ・For safety considerations, individuals who are pregnant are unable to participate

  ・Due to safety reasons individuals who have consumed alcohol on the day of the activity or are severely hungover are unable to participate. ・If the course cannot be conducted as planned due to sea conditions, we will provide you with advance notice.

  ・In the event of a ferry cancellation due to weather conditions, there will be no cancellation fees.

  ・Marine activities might be subject to cancellation on the day of the event due to unforeseen factors such as sudden storms. While activity fees are eligible for refunds, please note that ship fares are non-refundable.

  ・If you have the following medical history, a doctor's note is required.

  ・In order to prevent seasickness, those who are prone to seasickness are recommended to take motion sickness medicine at least 30 minutes before the event.

  ・We do not sell or provide pharmaceutical products such as motion sickness medication at our store. We kindly request customers to make necessary arrangements in advance.

  ・Requests to change boarding time on the day of is only possible if there is availability on the same day.

  ・Shower, changing room, and coin locker facilities are available in the following two options.

  ● Facilities that cost money ⇒ indoor shower (Approx. 2 minutes for 100 yen), Coin lockers (200 yen)

  [How to visit the island]

  The ferry to Tsuken Island departs from Heshikiya Port. Please purchase a ticket to Tsuken Island at the Heshikiya Passenger Waiting Area.

  If you come by car, you can use the free parking lot in front of Heshikiya Port.
