The operation schedule for cruises is approximately 20 minutes per cruise.

Cruises depart every hour at 00 and 30 minutes from 11:00 to 21:00.

The operation will continue if there is little rain.

Due to ongoing construction, local events, and festivals, service may be suspended, and the operating period or course may be changed without prior notice.

Please note that the service may be canceled due to weather conditions, sea conditions, tide levels, or any other factors that may affect the safety of our passengers and staff.

The operating period is from January 1 to December 31.

Service will be suspended on July 13, 24, and 25.

  The boarding reception is located next to the riverside entrance (the east side) of Don Quijote Dotonbori on the north bank of the Tombori River Walk promenade; the boarding area is right in front of the reception.

  To find the place easily, use the oval Ferris wheel (Don Quijote Dotonbori store) as a reference point. For a more detailed location, please refer to the PDF provided.
