Activitty cancellation: Snorkel tours will generally be held rain or shine. The tour will be cancelled in the event of lightning, strong winds, or typhoons. In such cases, there is no cancellation fee. For Sunset SUP, even if the guide decides to cancel the tour due to weather conditions, such as when the sunset is clearly not visible, there will be no cancellation fee. (Please note that if the customer decides that the weather is bad, such as when it is cloudy, a cancellation fee will be charged.) If only the SUP tour is cancelled, the difference between the snorkel tour fee will be refunded. (And vice versa.) Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs, etc., even if the tour is cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel this experience after you booked, you will be charged the following cancellation fee, which will be computed based on the host's local time.

You will receive an acknowledgement email for order cancellation after the host confirms and finalizes the cancellation fee.
