  Our onsens are divided by gender, and children who are seven years old or taller than 120 cm are not permitted in mixed-gender baths.

  Children who are under 12 years old are not allowed to participate alone.

  Children under 7 years old or under 120cm tall can take mixed-gender baths.

  When you arrive, please open the usage screen by clicking on the link provided in the voucher sent to you when you made your purchase. Then, click the "Use" button and display the screen to the staff members.

If you lose the key to your changing room locker, a fee of 2,000 yen per piece will be charged. Similarly, if you lose your footlocker key, a loss fee of 1,000 yen per piece will be charged. Please be cautious in managing your keys. Please note that we cannot refund your money even if you happen to find and bring your lost key with you later.

Rental towels cost 100 yen/each, and bath towels cost 200 yen/each. We also sell towels for 200 yen/each and bath towels for 400 yen/each. Customers are welcome to bring their own. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are provided.

Children who are under the age of three can participate for free.

During special periods like Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's holidays, rates for weekends and public holidays will apply. The applicable periods include 4/27-5/6, 8/13-16, and 12/30-1/3.
