  Precautions: Flying within 12 hours of a single dive or 18 hours of repeated dives is prohibited due to the risk of decompression sickness. Diving or snorkeling after drinking alcohol is prohibited. Please also refrain from drinking alcohol the day before to avoid a hangover. All diving participants must complete a medical history confirmation form. In some cases, a doctor's signature may be required before diving. What to Bring

Clothing/Belongings: ☆Trial Diving Please bring your swimsuit, bath towel, and beach sandals. Free rental of towels and sandals is available for those who wish to do so (please contact us in advance as quantities are limited) ☆ Please put on your sea kayak swimsuit before gathering. Swimsuits and towels are not available for rental, so please be sure to bring your own. During the peak summer season, the sun can be quite strong, so you can wear your swimsuit, but it's best to wear a rash guard or long-sleeved T-shirt to prevent sunburn, and wear shorts, a rash guard, a raincoat, etc. over your swimsuit underneath. We recommend that you wear one. Please bring a hat (the type that won't blow away in the wind) as it will protect you from the sun and rain.
