Activitty cancellation: Even though SUP tours are easily affected by wind and waves, we will provide optimal support, putting your safety first. If the SUP tour cannot be held due to sea conditions, only the snorkeling tour will be held and we will refund 30% of the fee you paid.

Precautions: Course Participation Notes: The following individuals are not permitted to participate in this tour (a 100% cancellation fee will be charged). Those 59 years of age or older are not permitted to participate. Pregnant women, those with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, ear, nose, and throat problems, or respiratory problems (such as asthma, pneumothorax, or pulmonary tuberculosis), those with epilepsy, those who have previously been diagnosed with pneumothorax, those with hyperventilation symptoms, those with bronchial asthma or asthma, those who have consumed alcohol (including those with a hangover or those still drinking from the previous day), those taking medication, and those who are deemed unsafe by the organizer on the day of participation. If you cancel on the day due to a spot change, a cancellation fee will be charged. Facility usage fee: 300 yen per person. Payment is to be made in cash on-site. The facility usage fee includes round-trip shuttle service from the meeting point to Cape Maeda, shower use, and hair dryer use. Parking fee (300 yen/2 hours). Parking fees will apply from April 1, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel this experience after you booked, you will be charged the following cancellation fee, which will be computed based on the host's local time.

You will receive an acknowledgement email for order cancellation after the host confirms and finalizes the cancellation fee.

Please note that if you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged: Cancellation 3 days in advance: 50% Cancellation 2 days in advance: 100% Cancellation the day before: 100% Cancellation on the day: 100% Cancellation without permission: 100% Please be sure to arrive at the meeting time indicated at the time of booking. If you are late for the meeting time, we may have to shorten the experience or cancel some activities for safety and operational reasons on the day. In such cases, even if only one activity is carried out, we will not provide a partial refund from the set price. Furthermore, if you are more than 30 minutes late and the tour cannot begin, it will be treated as a cancellation without permission (100% cancellation fee).
