Description

We will back the calligraphy and ink painting. We will use a brush to paste Japanese paper on the back of the painting or calligraphy. This process is called backing. The completed work will be handed over to you in a file. You will choose one piece of calligraphy and one piece of painting to create two pieces. ~Schedule for the day~14:00 History of hanging scrolls and today's process We will explain the history and types of hanging scrolls.
