[This is a day trip lunch plan] Rent the old house, Toro - a house steeped in history - exclusively! This is a food set plan where you can light a fire in the hearth and enjoy locally sourced ingredients. Our staff will light the fire and prepare the ingredients. You can light the ingredients yourself and enjoy the meal however you like. ◆Examples of food sets◆ Autumn: Assorted locally grown vegetables (taro, eggplant, mushrooms, etc.), Local tofu shop set (tofu, fried tofu, konjac), Shinshu beef, teppanyaki clay pot rice, Nozawana pickles *Vegetables vary depending on the season. [Rice grown in the rice fields right in front of you] We use delicious local rice grown using pure spring water from the Southern Alps. You can enjoy locally grown rice grown right in front of the old house. Enjoy the rare experience of lighting a fire in the hearth right in front of you and the gourmet food of Shinshu at the same time. Enjoy a luxurious holiday! [All private] The entire old house and grounds are available for private use. The usage time is 3 hours from the time of arrival. Enjoy a leisurely lunch break during your Shinshu trip in the traditional atmosphere of an old house.
