What to Bring

Clothing/Belongings: Drinking water, beach sandals, sunglasses and a hat (we recommend a hat with a strap), sunscreen, a change of clothes, and any other items you think you may need. During the summer season from July to August, you can participate in the activity in whatever clothes you like. Please wear a swimsuit, rash guard, and shorts that you don't mind getting wet!

Rental goods: Wetsuits are available for free rental during the spring season from May to June and the autumn season from September to October. *Please wear a swimsuit or leggings underneath your wetsuit.

From the lake, you can see Mt. Usu, Mt. Showa Shinzan, and the famous Mt. Yotei, making it a truly spectacular cruise♪▷Safe even for first-timers! A fun experience starting from the basics of SUP. Our instructors will gently and carefully lecture you, so even beginners are welcome! Perfect for couples, families, educational travel, and girls' trips. It's also recommended for creating memories with your children.▷Record your memories! Experience with photos and videos. We will capture your experience with professional cameras and GoPros! Furthermore, if the weather is good, we may even have a drone aerial shot by a professional photographer...? Guaranteed to be Instagrammable◎▷Guided by a SUP Instructor Association certified guide. Instruction is provided by an instructor certified by the Japan SUP Instructor Association (SIJ). We will adjust the pace according to your experience and physical strength, so anyone can participate with peace of mind!
