Activitty cancellation: Basically, tours will be held if there is light rain, but will be canceled in the case of river flooding or heavy rainy weather forecasts. If you wish to cancel the tour, we will contact you about 7pm the day before. If you plan to move from the previous night, please inform us in advance.

Unavoidable due to weather conditions On the day May be canceled. In these cases, the participation fee will be refunded in full, but please be aware that you will be responsible for the expenses up to the local site.

Precautions: ・When applying, please be sure to fill in the message section with your mode of transportation (car or train (shuttle)). ・Participants must be healthy and aged 5th grade or older. Please contact us if you are 70 years of age or older. Junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ・Those who are under the influence of alcohol, pregnant women, or those with injuries or chronic illnesses that would impede their health from participating in sports cannot participate. ・Please note that if you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled on the day.

Lunch: 800 yen Hot springs: 800 yen ・For elementary school children, we will provide additional staff support, so please note that elementary school children may not be able to participate on busy dates. ・If you wish to bathe in the hot springs after the tour, you will need to remove your wetsuit and travel to the hot springs in your swimsuit. Wetsuit fittings will also be done in a mixed gender group. If you are embarrassed to wear a swimsuit in public, please bring leggings, a T-shirt that you don't mind getting wet, a rash guard, etc. ・The hot springs are closed on Wednesdays.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel this experience after you booked, you will be charged the following cancellation fee, which will be computed based on the host's local time.

You will receive an acknowledgement email for order cancellation after the host confirms and finalizes the cancellation fee.

If you cancel due to your own circumstances, the following cancellation fees may apply: 6 to 2 days prior: 20% of the participation fee; 1 day prior: 50% of the participation fee; 2 days prior: 60% of the participation fee. *Please note that if you are more than 20 minutes late for the meeting time, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation. *Changes in the number of participants or the date will also be subject to cancellation fees.
