Voucher Redemption

All tickets must be collected from Kansai International Airport, and an internet connection is required.

E-vouchers are valid up to 365 days after purchase, but please note that confirmation is not instant and there may be some delay between booking and receiving your voucher.

You must use your bus ticket the same day that you redeem your e-voucher (use return tickets up to 365 days after booking).

Tickets in the same order need to be redeemed at the same time onsite, and cannot be redeemed separately; if you would like to redeem tickets separately, please purchase in separate orders.

Be sure to collect the physical ticket at the Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 or 2 Kansai Limousine Bus ticket office, as e-vouchers cannot be used to board.
