Lake Aoki in Nagano Prefecture is a very clear lake, so why not take a walk on the lake? The water level of Lake Aoki drops in winter, so you can enjoy a different lake in spring than in summer! Because the water temperature is low due to melting snow, wetsuits are recommended and only experienced SUP participants are allowed. Until the end of May, those who have never tried SUP will not be able to apply.
