Precautions: Q. Can I bring a camera on the tour? A. You can bring a waterproof camera on the tour, but we cannot guarantee against any damage. A photographer will accompany you on the tour, and photo data will be sold after the tour ends. If you bring your own camera, there will be a 5,000 yen fee. Q. Are there shower facilities? A. We are sorry, but we do not have showers. However, there are hot spring facilities nearby, and we will guide you there. Q. How long is the tour? A. The tour is scheduled for 3 hours in total. The morning tour is scheduled from 9:00 to 12:00, and the afternoon tour is scheduled from 13:00 to 16:00. The actual time spent on the boat is about 1 hour. The total time includes changing clothes, getting to the river, and safety explanations. Q. Do you accept credit cards on site? A. We are sorry, but we only accept cash payments on site.

Notices: Q. Can I ride the boat while wearing glasses? A. Yes. We provide glasses straps. However, please note that we cannot guarantee against damage to glasses or contact lenses if they fall off or get damaged. Q. Can children participate alone? A. Children can participate if a parent or guardian signs the waiver form that you will fill out before the tour. However, preschool children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Q. Will the tour be held even if it rains? A. Tours are rarely canceled due to normal rain. However, if the guide determines that it is difficult to conduct the tour safely due to rising river levels or other conditions on the day, we may change whether or not you can participate or what the tour will entail. We operate with safety as our top priority, so please understand this in advance. Q. Can I participate even if it's my first time or I can't swim? A. Yes. Of course you can participate. Everyone will wear a life jacket on the river, and a trained guide will be on board, so please feel free to participate with peace of mind.

Clothing/Belongings: [Attire] - From April to June and in October, we recommend comfortable, warm clothing such as fleece or tracksuits. - From July to September, you can participate in a T-shirt, shorts, swimsuit, or underwear that can get wet. - Please refrain from wearing jeans as they can be dangerous and restrict movement when wet.
