The 13:30 course can also be connected to the Norokko. After getting off at the last stop, Toro Station, you can wait for about an hour while eating and walking around Toro Station. At 13:02, take the Shiretokomashuu bound for Kushiro and get off at JR Kushiro Shitsugen Station, take a look at the Hosooka Observatory, which overlooks the Kushiro Marshland, and then pick up at the Hosooka Visitors Lounge at 14:00.
