Important Information

As Fukuoka City Subway 1 Day Pass is for overseas residents visiting Japan on a short-term stay visa, present your passport when redeeming your QR Code

The first time you use your Fukuoka City Subway 1 Day Pass, the gate will print the date and station name on the pass; the pass is valid on the printed date

The Fukuoka City Subway 1 Day Pass is valid for all Fukuoka City Subway Lines (Kuko line, Hakozaki Line and Nanakuma Line)

Only the purchaser may use the Fukuoka City Subway 1 Day Pass

If you misuse the Fukuoka City Subway 1 Day Pass, it will become void and collected; extra fees may apply

The ticket cannot be refunded even if trains are canceled or delayed.

Up to two preschoolers (age five or younger) may travel free with a paying passenger; other children must pay the child fare

Please go through the automated ticket gate to use the ticket

Service language is Japanese, but every subway station counter has English/Chinese/Korean phone translation service

You may return an unused card for a 220 JPY service charge

Refunds are available at designated sales offices

Tickets are valid 90 days from the booking date
