Description

We have maintained the traditional taste with a history dating back to 1972, while seeking further taste evolution in June 2004. Our motto at Higuma is to "create a ramen that is gentle to the body", and we are constantly developing our taste to match the current trend. There are 4 different vouchers available:

Higuma Rich Miso. The sauce used for the meat miso and the additive-free homemade flavor oil bring out the umami and richness and are recommended for those who like rich flavors.

Higuma Shoyu. Just by using the same name as the shop, we have maximized the goodness of the soup with Jinhua ham. Recommended for those who like salt ramen.

Sapporo Shoyu. We have prepared Sapporo-style Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen with a clear broth soup.

Miso Butter Corn. We use unsalted butter and locally grown, high-sugar Hokkaido corn.
