  Activitty cancellation:

  Lite Rain or Shine. However, a tour will be cancelled when we judge that it would be very difficult to offer you a delightful time due to the bad weather or natural disaster.,

  On raining days, we will inform you whether the tour will be held or not before noon on that day. It will be the case where we cannot offer the satisfactory service, so we will be appreciated your understanding.

  Precautions: -For the safety, participants must be older than 12 years-old and taller than 140cm.

  Those who come in late may not be able to join the tour.
• Take care of yourself and when you are under the weather, please do not join the tour.

In the case where you become feeling bad in the middle of the tour, please inform to the staffs.

• Please come in clothes which does not interfere the bicycle-riding.

Notices: In this service, in the case of accidents, we will accommodate you with an insurance of a partner company (a rental-cycle-company). However, please note that the accident which cannot be covered by the insurance will not be guaranteed. Ex) The case where your injury or poor physical condition which you had before the tour gets worse.
