Cancellation Policy

If you cancel this experience after you booked, you will be charged the following cancellation fee, which will be computed based on the host's local time.

You will receive an acknowledgement email for order cancellation after the host confirms and finalizes the cancellation fee.

・Cancellations the day before (by 5:00 PM) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations without notice or on the day of the reservation (no notice within 30 minutes of the reservation time is considered a no-show) will incur a 100% cancellation fee per person to cover preparation and seating costs. ・In unavoidable cancellations on the day of the reservation, no refund will be given and we may have to reschedule the reservation. (*Rescheduling is possible only once, within three months. Please inform us of your request when making a reservation by message or phone. Subsequent cancellations or changes after rescheduling will incur a 100% cancellation fee per person, regardless of the reason.) ・In the case of predictable bad weather, such as typhoons or heavy snow, no cancellation fee will be charged if you notify us the day before.
