Description

This hike takes you to Ikenotaira Marshland, located between Komoro City and Tomi City. The flowers you can see vary with the seasons, so you can enjoy it again and again at different times of the year. From the summit, you can enjoy views of mountain ranges such as Yatsugatake, Mt. Fuji, and the Alps! This is a beginner-friendly course, so it is recommended for those with no trekking experience or those at the beginner level. One nature guide will accompany each tour. The guide will provide easy-to-understand explanations of flowers and wild birds, as well as interesting facts about trees, the names of the mountains you can see, and the history of volcanoes. Even experienced trekkers will find plenty to enjoy! ■Program Information■・Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM・Meeting Place: Ikenotaira Marshland Parking Lot (Paid)・Duration: Approximately 2-hour beginner course・Attire:・Long-sleeved shirt and long pants・Hat・Hiking boots (or comfortable athletic shoes)・Drinking water*Please bring sunglasses, sunscreen, towel, insect repellent, and lunch at your own discretion.*Alpine plants can be observed until early September. After that, the event will be held as a foliage viewing or trekking event.
