Description

This is a trekking tour of Mt. Yunomaru in Tomi City. The flowers you can see vary with the seasons, so you can enjoy it again and again at different times of the year. It is said that there are 700,000 rhododendron bushes on Mt. Yunomaru, and it is bustling with tourists during peak season. From the summit, you can enjoy the mountain ranges of Yatsugatake, Mt. Fuji, and the Alps! This is a beginner-friendly course, so it is recommended for those with trekking experience or those who are new to it. One nature guide will accompany each tour. The guide will introduce flowers and wild birds, and provide easy-to-understand explanations of interesting facts about trees, the names of the mountains you will see, and the history of volcanoes. Even experienced trekkers will find plenty to enjoy! ■Program Information■・Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM・Meeting Place: Yunomaru Plateau Parking Lot・Duration: Approximately 3-hour beginner/intermediate course・Attire:・Long-sleeved shirt and long pants・Hat・Hiking boots (or comfortable athletic shoes)・Drinking water*Please bring sunglasses, sunscreen, towel, insect repellent, and lunch at your own discretion.*Alpine plants can be observed until early September. After that, the event will be held as a trekking or autumn foliage viewing event.
