Clothing/Belongings: [What to bring] ・Change of clothes including underwear ・Clothes that can get wet, appropriate for the season (please refer to the [Clothing] section below) ・Shoes that can get wet or sandals with heels (Crocs are not allowed as they tend to come off) ・Towel ・Waterproof smartphone case (a type that can be worn around the neck is recommended) *The changing rooms are small, so we recommend that you come already changed. *Rental shoes are available (300 yen) [Clothing] ・April-May: We recommend wearing warm clothing such as long-sleeved jerseys or fleece. ・June-September: We recommend T-shirts and shorts made of quick-drying synthetic material, and depending on the temperature, we recommend warm clothing such as a windbreaker or fleece. ・October-November: We recommend wearing warm clothing such as long-sleeved jerseys or fleece. *Please refrain from wearing revealing clothing such as bikinis as there is a risk of injury or insect bites. *We will rent out wetsuits or drysuits depending on the temperature on the day (free of charge).

[Duration] Approximately 90-120 minutes *May vary depending on the number of participants and river conditions. [Participants] Ages 3 and up. Pets are allowed (1,500 yen per pet, consultation required at the time of booking, please bring your own dog life jacket).
