Important Information

Tickets cannot be used during New Year's holiday (Dec 29 - Jan 3).

This ticket is limited to the permanent exhibition.

Admission ticket per person, and it can only be used once.

Age may be confirmed on site.

Large luggage, umbrellas, selfie sticks, food, and beverages are not allowed in the museum. You can use the storage cabinets in the hall (100 yen lock type). If you have large luggage, you need to pay 300 yen to store it at the counter.

Non-smoking and no firearms are allowed in the entire building.

Pets are prohibited (guide dogs and assistance dogs are exceptions).

It cannot be exchanged for tickets of other schedules.

Activities such as wafuku experience, crosstalk, etc. are suspended.

• Osaka Museum of Housing and Living is a museum that allows children and adults to reminisce about the former life and urban landscape of Osaka.

  It reproduces the scenery of the streets of Osaka in the late Edo period. Through the "Western View" display, it introduces the streets and life scenes of the Meiji, Taisho, and Showa eras. It is quite a hot spot!
