If it is difficult to hold a tour due to heavy rain, thunderstorms, wind or snowstorm, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note in advance. (It may be canceled at the discretion of the instructor on the day of the event.) * We are dealing with nature, so we appreciate your understanding.

  Precautions: Generally, tours will proceed even in light rain or snow. If the tour is cancelled due to heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or blizzards, we will contact you the day before or as soon as possible on the day itself. Also, if the weather suddenly changes during the tour, the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons. *Please understand that we are dealing with nature. During the Ice Festival, the tour is expected to be particularly busy on weekends and holidays. Please arrive early to make sure you arrive on time for the tour.
