Precautions: 1. The total distance of the chartered vehicle is limited to 300km. If the distance exceeds this limit, an additional fee of 150 yen per km will be charged. 2. Children under 6 years old are required to use a child seat (each child occupies 1 to 1.5 seats). Please let us know in advance how many child seats you need. The first child seat is free, but an additional fee of 1,500 yen will be charged for each additional child seat, which must be paid to the driver before boarding. 3. If the chartered vehicle exceeds the scheduled time, an additional fee of 2,500 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes (if more than 30 minutes, it will be calculated as 1 hour). The additional fee must be paid to the driver before alighting. The billed time is calculated based on the scheduled boarding time and the alighting time at the end of the trip. 4. For late night charter (22:00-6:00), an additional fee of 5,000 yen will be charged per hour. The additional fee must be paid to the driver before alighting. 5.
