・The time printed on your ticket is your admission time. Please arrive at the venue on time. Please note that you will not be able to enter earlier than the time printed on your ticket.

・There are no restrooms inside the Museum. Please use the restroom before entering.

・Re-entry is not permitted.

・Depending on the level of congestion, you may have to wait to enter. Thank you for your understanding.

・Please arrive at the entrance queue with your entire group together.

・Pets are not allowed.

・Tickets are required for ages 4 and up.

・Admission is free for children aged 3 and under. A maximum of two children aged 3 and under may enter per one adult (18 years or older).

・Preschool children (ages 4-6) must be accompanied by a guardian (junior high school age or older).

・Students with junior high or high school tickets may be asked to show their student ID.

・We may ask for proof of age upon entry.
