As access to the Special Outdoor Observation Deck requires using stairs, guests who have difficulty or are unable to climb stairs are advised to refrain from entering.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tower, and no designated smoking areas are available.

In addition to the indoor observation deck at a height of 87.5m, visitors can access the special outdoor observation deck at the top of Tsutenkaku, standing 94.5m above ground. This open-air deck offers an exhilarating and thrilling experience.

※ From April 1, 2026, admission tickets for the Tsutenkaku Observatory will be consolidated into this plan.
