Refunds can only be processed by the customer on the purchasing website and only if the ticket has not been used before the end of the validity period. A refund fee of 520 yen applies.

This ticket is a boarding ticket. To ride a limited express train, a separate limited express ticket, reserved seat ticket, or special car ticket is required.
