  What to Prepare

Please note that a mobile data connection is necessary. Ensure that your device has proper connectivity before use. To activate the ticket, access the link provided in the voucher sent at the time of purchase, display the ticket, and press the “Use” button.

Regarding Railway Use

Valid Sections: All 9 Osaka Metro lines. *The Imazato Liner is not included.

・Not valid on Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu, or other railway company lines.

・If you travel beyond the valid section, please inform the staff at the exit station and pay the additional fare in cash.

・When using the trains, hold the QR code over the ticket gates compatible with QR codes to enter and exit.

・If you enter within the validity period, you may exit once even after the validity period has expired.

・One ticket is valid for one person only. (Up to 4 people can use tickets on one smartphone.)

・In the event of service disruption, only tickets already activated and still within the validity period are eligible for substitute transportation. Even if you used the ticket on the same day, it is not eligible if the validity period has already expired.

・If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device failure, battery depletion, unstable communication, or other reasons, you will not be able to use it. In such cases, please purchase a separate fare to travel. Fares paid separately during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed are non-refundable.

・Matters related to ticket use are subject to the transportation terms and conditions and passenger service regulations of each operator.

Regarding Use of Discount Facilities

・Please present the ticket banner (image) to the facility staff. Discounts cannot be applied if you present the banner before or after the ticket is in use, or if you are unable to display the banner due to technical or other reasons.

・Please note that you may not be able to use the discount benefits if a facility is closed or if you are unable to display the ticket banner (image) due to technical issues. Once the ticket has been activated, refunds will not be issued on the grounds that discounts at facilities could not be received.

Notes on Purchasing Multiple Tickets

・If you purchase multiple tickets of the same type in a single transaction, they cannot be used separately. All tickets will be activated at the same time and must be used for the same itinerary.

・If you wish to use tickets separately on different occasions, please make multiple purchases.

For security protection, you may be asked to complete a One-Time Password (OTP) authentication. In that case, please follow the steps below:

1. Enter your email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.

2. Check that the OTP has arrived at the email address you entered.

・The email will be sent from the domain @linktivity.co.jp.

・Please also check your spam folder.

・If you cannot find the email even in the spam folder, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. In that case, please reopen the voucher URL, re-enter your email address, and try again.

3. Enter the OTP from the received email into the ticket screen and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, the ticket screen will be displayed.

(Once OTP authentication has been completed, all OTP emails will be sent to the registered email address. This email address cannot be changed, so please make sure to register an email address that you can access on the day of use.)
