Clothing/Belongings: Please be aware that you may get stained by the ink. Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.

Rental goods: A set of tools including calligraphy paper, ink, brush, inkstone, writing pad, and paperweight. An envelope is also provided for taking home your rental work (colored paper).

Calm your mind and listen to the sound of the brush. ~Schedule~ ①Plan explanation ・Decide which kanji to write while looking at the sample (5 minutes) ②Start practicing on the washi paper (20 minutes) After an explanation of how to use the brush, you will practice freely on the characters you want to write. Even if it's your first time, you can practice as many sheets as you like with free expression. ③Lesson before finishing the final work and explanation of the points to finish the work ・Final copy (10 minutes) ④Origami experience (15 minutes) Choose your favorite chiyogami paper and fold your favorite origami work (lecture included) Paste it on the calligraphy colored paper and complete the work ⑤Commemorative photo (10 minutes) The time is only a guide. Write with your feelings while looking at the model You can take home the finished work on the colored paper as a souvenir for your loved ones or for yourself.
