Activitty cancellation: Regarding cancellation of the event, we will contact you in advance if there is a possibility of cancellation so that the event is not canceled when you gather at the site on the day. If the event is canceled before the program is carried out, we will refund the full participation fee or change the date. Because it is an outdoor activity, we may have to decide to cancel the event on the day or during the program due to sudden changes in weather that are beyond our expectations. In that case, you will be responsible for accommodation and transportation costs.
