  When using the voucher, open the usage screen from the link sent to you at the time of purchase, press the “Use” button, and show the screen to the driver.

  Please ensure you have a stable network connection, as you will need to access the web page on your smartphone.
• Screenshots and printed copies cannot be accepted.
• If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, they cannot be used separately, and all tickets will be activated simultaneously. To use the tickets individually, please purchase them separately.
• For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP). If prompted, please follow the steps below:

1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button.

2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp.” Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.)

3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)

[Tokyo Subway Ticket]

・At the time of collecting a paper ticket, you will need a “QR code” issued after the reservation is completed.

Please bring a device that can display the “QR code” or print out the “QR code”.

• If you are unable to present the “QR code”, you may not use the voucher.

・Please note that we do not offer partial exchanges of tickets. Each purchase will have a unique QR code, even if multiple tickets are bought. When you scan the QR code on the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, all the tickets you purchase will be exchanged and valid starting from the day of exchange.

・If the magnetic field on your Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes damaged or weakened, it may not be usable at automatic ticket gates. Please avoid placing the ticket near objects that emit strong magnetic fields (such as smartphones, home appliances, magnetic fasteners on wallets, etc.).

Carry-on luggage restrictions on TOKYO BRT trains:

You may bring personal items on board with a total weight of up to 10kg, a total volume of 0.027 cubic meters, and a maximum length of 1 meter.

Regarding the use of wheelchairs and strollers on TOKYO BRT:

You may use the designated free space without folding your wheelchair or stroller. However, please note that boarding may be refused if the free space is already occupied by another wheelchair, stroller, etc., or if the vehicle is too crowded to allow safe boarding.

The expiration date of the voucher:

Valid for use within 3 months from the date of purchase. All rides must be completed within this 3-month period.

[Tokyo Subway Ticket]

The paper ticket can be collected within 90 days from the date of purchase.

• The exchanged ticket will be valid for 6 months from the exchange date.
• The valid time will be printed on the ticket when you start using it to pass a ticket gate.
• If you enter the station and board the train within the valid time, you can still leave the station even if the valid time is passed.
• If the ticket is not used by the expiration date printed on it, it will become invalid.
• If the exchanged ticket cannot be used at the automated ticket gates, please inform a station attendant. After verification, a new ticket will be issued.

If your ticket cannot be displayed due to a device malfunction, a dead battery, or an unstable communication service, you will not be able to use the service. In such cases, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that any fares paid separately during the period when your ticket cannot be displayed are non-refundable.

[How to use the Tokyo Subway Ticket]

To use this voucher, take it to any major Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway station and exchange it for a ticket at one of the designated ticket vending machines for travelers. The voucher contains a QR code that will be scanned at the machine to issue your ticket.

• Kindly review the attached file for information regarding the exchange location and method.
• It is possible to make exchanges at the Tokyo Metro station offices. (excluding Kitasenju on the Hibiya Line, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishi-Funabashi, Yoyogi-Uehara, Wako City, and Shibuya station on the Hanzomon and Fukutoshin Lines, and Meguro stations). For more information, kindly approach the station staff at the ticket gate.
• If there is no ticket vending machine available at your starting station or you cannot exchange your ticket at the station office, please approach a staff member who will guide you on board the train to the station where the ticket vending machine for travelers is installed.

Tokyo Subway Ticket: Exchange your voucher for a ticket at a designated ticket vending machine for travelers at major Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations using the QR Code on your voucher. See attached file for exchange locations and methods. Exchanges are also possible at Tokyo Metro station offices (excluding certain stations). If no vending machine is available, ask staff for assistance. Use the official Tokyo Metro app for route maps and transfer information.
