Important Information

How to use: receive a pdf voucher by email after booking, show the QR Code at the facility during the visit, or present the ticket

You cannot visit the same facility more than once with the same pass, and re-entry is not allowed unless otherwise mentioned

Ticket activation period: up to 270 days after purchase (tickets booked on 1/1 have activation period of 1/1–9/28)

To activate your pass, just scan the code at any participating venue

All passes booked together have the same validity period (all passes are activated together by the first use)

Ticket usage period: up to 7 days starting from the first use, but no later than 270 days after purchase (if first use is on 7/1 use the vouchers until 7/7)

Note the 7-day validity period will not exceed the 270-day activation period after booking (if activation period is 1/1–9/28 and activation is on 9/27 then usage period is 9/27–9/28)
