Important Information

Micro pigs dislike being picked up. They will climb onto your lap when they feel like it, so please hold them gently.

Please be careful when placing your hands near their faces, as they may bite you. Please note that our store cannot be held responsible for any injuries that may occur.

Clothing may become soiled with saliva or feces. We cannot be held responsible for any soiling, so please wear clothing that can get dirty when visiting our store.

As they are moody, they may not come to you within the allotted time. In such cases, purchasing a snack may make them more likely to come to you (we leave this to your discretion). Please note that we cannot be held responsible even if they do not come to you.

If you are found engaging in behavior that disturbs the micro pigs, you will be asked to leave immediately. Please note that no refunds will be given.

During business hours, you may appear in live streams on social media (pigsty) or other videos (Menbe House). Please note that no mosaic processing will be applied.

Please note that we will not issue refunds even if you leave before the end of your reservation time.

Live streaming during business hours may disturb other customers, so please select a separate private rental plan if you wish to do so.

If you are visiting with small children, please keep an eye on them at all times.

Micro pigs dislike loud noises and being chased.

Please do not feed them human food or snacks other than those provided by our store.

The following individuals are not permitted to enter the store.

①Those with colds or fevers (as there is a possibility of transmitting colds or fevers to the micro pigs)

②Those who have been drinking alcohol (including those who are intoxicated)

③Those chewing gum

④Those wearing strong scents such as perfume or tobacco

⑤ Individuals deemed by staff to interfere with business operations

⑥ Individuals who have visited a pig barn or farm within the past 3 days

⑦ Individuals with a history of overseas travel within the past 2 days

Please store any luggage other than valuables in a locker before entering. Please note that we are not responsible for any theft or loss.
