Using tickets

How it Works

• Step 1: After booking your ticket on Rakuten Travel Experiences, your e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address
• Step 2: When you arrive, go to the entrance desk, open the voucher link in your e-ticket email, tap the “Use” button, and show the screen to staff.
• Step 3: Enter the venue!
