Activitty cancellation: If it is only light rain, we will consult with you and proceed if we deem it safe. If it is heavy rain, snow, or a storm, we will cancel the tour and contact you at around 7pm the day before or between 7am and 8am on the day (if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, there will be no cancellation fee). Even if the tour is canceled after arriving at the destination, we cannot compensate for travel expenses, etc.

Precautions: *Insurance information (applicable only when staying in Japan) ・We will compensate for accidents during the tour within the scope of the insurance amount, but please note that we cannot be held responsible. We are affiliated with Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance. ・If an accident or injury occurs during the tour, we will provide first aid, but we will not be held responsible for any further damages. (The guide has completed the Hakone First Aid Course.) The guide always carries a first aid kit, a cell phone in case of an emergency, and is in contact with the fire department. *After the hot spring bathing tour, we will guide you to a nearby day spa at a special price of 850 yen. *Tour participation conditions Height 153cm or more and less than 185cm / weight less than 90kg Ability to sign the participation agreement. On the day of the tour, if you are not feeling well, are pregnant, have been drinking, or are unable to follow the guide's instructions, you will not be able to participate in the tour.

What to Bring

Clothing/Belongings: We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty (sneakers and jeans are acceptable, but please refrain from wearing high heels, miniskirts, or wide skirts for safety reasons). It is convenient to have a small backpack to carry drinking water and a camera. Eyewear to protect your eyes from twigs and sunlight / sunscreen / camera / towel to wipe away sweat / gloves in winter / health insurance card (copy acceptable)

Rental goods: Mountain bikes / helmets are included in the price.
